The clockwork motif
Her Angel, Zafkiel, is built around a great clock, and its abilities are generally described as bending time: slowing it, hastening it, and revisiting moments already gone. Without spoiling anything, it is the reason clocks follow her everywhere she goes.
The golden clock eye is the clearest symbol. One eye watches the present in red; the other keeps count of something older. It is a small detail that makes her silhouette instantly recognisable.
Every second is a stage. She simply enjoys the entrance. A line written for this page
Gears and ticks
Cards turn, counters tick up and reveals arrive in measured steps. Reduced-motion settings switch it all off.
Blood moon and midnight
A deep midnight palette, crimson accents and brass-gold highlights echo her dress and her eyes.
